Monitoring › Today’s bids
From finding a notice to reviewing an opportunity
The dashboard brings together information that otherwise requires visiting separate procurement services. It distinguishes new notices, bids due within three days, openings today, new specifications, and procurement plans.
Open relevant items directly from active notices, specifications accepting feedback, and imminent deadlines. Agency, region, and keyword filters also apply to the dashboard, focusing attention on the team’s opportunities.
Mark a notice for review, examine its category and evaluation table, and reach a GO / STOP decision through a team vote. Discovery and participation decisions stay within the same service.
Procurement notices › Bid notices
Keep eligibility and deadlines in view.
Compare agencies, budgets, publication dates, and bid deadlines, then mark candidates for business review. Sort by publication, earliest or latest deadline, or price while reading a summary beside the list.
Details include contract and award methods, estimated price and budget, geographic eligibility, licenses, joint participation, and attachments. Eligibility registration and KEPCO SRM participation deadlines are shown separately because they can precede the bid deadline. Related specifications, plans, and original notices remain accessible.
Business review › Candidates & evaluation
Classify opportunities and examine evaluation criteria.
Group review candidates under IT, supervision, research, or general categories. IT is divided into systems, operations, consulting, data and AI, security, and infrastructure. Pending classification and closed notices can be reviewed separately.
Adding a candidate requests evaluation-table extraction from its attachments and supplies an automatic category. The document, page, and confidence guidance support comparison with the original or a new extraction. Reviewers can correct the category directly.
The current deployment has no assessment API connection, so it calculates price scores without estimating technical scores. Extraction and assessment are separate; unreadable criteria prompt review of the original document.
Administration › Priority agencies
Agency priorities and alternate names in one place
Assign agencies to six priority tiers and maintain headquarters regions and alternate names. Abbreviations and different legal-name forms remain associated with the same agency. Selected agencies can receive a tier change together.
See open service-notice counts for each agency and open its detailed history. The managed list supplies the priority-tier filters used throughout the application.
